I think thaat this lightbulb is excellant. I suffer from SAD during the winter months, when there is no sun. Since I live in Washington state, there is "no sun" most of the year. When I get SAD, I turn to my lightbox for help, but my husband took it for a reading lamp, so these lightbulbs are a real "lifesaver". I have already told someone else about them and she ordered some. Thank you.Customer Review: Good choice
