I received my Happy Light about two weeks ago. The first two days I couldn't tell for sure if it was helping my mood and energy levels. Now, there is absolutely no doubt that the Happy Light is working very well to lift my mood and my energy levels. It feels a lot like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning - I use it for one hour each morning and it leaves me energized and less moody. Plus, this feeling seems to carry right through the entire day. What a wonderful product! I'm so glad I tried it after years of wondering if such lights really work.Customer Review: awesome!

I purchased this item for my boyfriend, who gets depressed during the long Chicago winters. I had been reviewing these for a while, but couldn't decide on one. One day at work, I noticed my boss had this model sitting on top of her file cabinet. She swore by it, so I went with the very same one. My boyfriend has never seemed so cheerful in the winter time. He is far more productive and seems to get better sleep also. My only surprise was at the size of the light, it is really big. People with less space should consider a smaller version.Customer Review: worth it_

This Happylit is huge and ugly and mega bright. After 30 or 40 minutes next to it I start to feel mental and I have to turn it off. It does the job. Shipping was excellent. It was doubled boxed and protected well. All u have to do is open it up and plug it in. The brightness is equivalent to 50 or a 100 laptops in front of your face. I do other chores around the house while it is on and it still helps. The Happylite doesn't make you any happier just a little closer to normal.Customer Review: Does its job

I bought the HappyLite at the recommendation of my therapist to help with the winter months. I use it year-round and it seems to help me regulate my sleep cycle. I usually use it for about half an hour in the morning, while checking email. The light's not too harsh, but you're also not supposed to be looking directly at it. The price tag scared me off for years, but there are occasional sales here on Amazon (I got mine for $149).Customer Review: A De-LIGHT-ful product :-)

I use my Verilux HappyLite Sunshine Simulator everyday while sitting at my desk at work and I can't tell you how much of a difference it makes. Since I don't have any windows in or near my cubicle at work, surrounding myself with the 10,000 Lux of light given off by this product really helps to boost my energy and keep me alert all day strong!
I LOVE my Verilux HappyLite! 5 out of 5 stars!
