I really love my vicks vaporizer! The air in my house has been so dry this winter with the heater and all. So my nose was just so dry. By the 3rd bloody nose this winter, I was fed up. So I searched around and found this. The reviews were good, so decided to buy it. I am very pleased and my nose is no longer dry or hurts anymore. Some nights I will even add a few drops of the essential oil eucalyptus. And that helps me breathe pretty good throughout the night.Customer Review: works great but only a few hours

We bought two of these...one for the nursery and one for our room. I decided on this one based on several reviews that it would last about 8 hours before needing a refill. For us, that's not even close to what we're getting. It needs to be refilled in about 3 hours for us. Bummer. So I'm back to shopping for something with a bigger capacity. Problem means taking it to the Post Office and waiting in line, and paying almost as much as the product in Postage
Very, very unhappy
I will think long and hard before purchasing anything from Amazon, unless I have used the product previously

I bought this vaporizer several weeks ago. I feel better after I use this. It created steam very fast (about 2-3 minutes after plugging). You may have to fill some salt to make it create a lot of steam. However, a lot of steam means the water will decrease rapidly so if you want to use this vick for a long time(about 12-20 hours), you may not need to use salt.Customer Review: Good item, good price

We've tried many vaporizers, but this one works wonderfully in many ways.
Water tends not to get as many particles after a full days use as smaller units for some reason
Night light nice but not too bright.
Unit fits perfectly in bathroom sink to be refilled.
Mine operates for about 15 or 16 hours before it needs to be refilled!
