Since moving to North Carolina a year ago, I have had numerous sinus infections. I have not had one since April and I considered myself lucky.
Well, my luck ran out and I purchased this steamer. I am very pleased with this product. It is easy to use and works great. You have to work with it and find the right level of steam for your use.
I put it on full blast and just move my head an inch or two off of the plastic face piece.
It is well worth the money and it is small enough for you to keep out at all times. It will be a great product for traveling.
You can't beat it for the price.

I've been having trouble shaking a chest cold. Steam, especially medicated with VICKS is a big help. One point needs clarification. The steamer recommends (expensive) pads and recommends NOT using liquid VICKS for steamers.
However the VICKS liquid specifically says it is designed for steamers!
This steamer is easy to use and does what it says it will do. I used it with the pads. I have not yet dared to use it with the VICKS liquid - but will, one of these days.
I also use a steam room at the YMCA and carry a paper towel soaked with VICKS liquid in - to breath-through. That works well, also.

I really like this product and it helps me clear my stuffy nose. However, in a relatively short time, the who unit began to fall apart. The plastic literally caved in. I like it so much that I went out of my way to glue it all back together again with Gorilla Glue. Now I don't have problems with it PLUS I only used DISTILLED water in the unit. Unfortunatly, the instructions never said any type of water and I do believe this may have nearly done the unit in. So used distilled water. It is a good product overall, but you can't use anything except KAZ pads with this product. I have a cold and I want to use some medications (liquid and drops), but it doesn't allow to put anything into the water. Also it comes only with 1 menthol pad, so make sure that you ordered them as well. It says that you need to use more than 1 pad or put 1 pad into the water under the cup. Also you can't use them more than once. Pack of 6 pads is $7. It is the same system like with toners for printers. Even if the printer is cheap, toner will eat all the money.Customer Review: Awesome Product

I read the reviews good and bad before and purchased and I'm
so glad I purchased the inhaler anyway. I was concerned about
the amount of steam the unit produced based on one review, and I assure you, his/her item must have been broken. The unit literally boils the water and produces alot of steam. As a matter of fact I turned the unit off because it got a bit too hot for me, then just enjoyed the leftover steam. I'm a singer and need a little compact unit like this to take with me. The face piece is so soft and very comfortable. Enjoy.
