I bought this Vicks Humidifier from Walmart ($30)
I came home and easily put it together. It's not "noisy" but it does sound like a quite pot of boiling water, in my opinion, It's a relaxing sound. I like the size, Its not big and bulky but its not small and dingy. It seems to be good quality and a good size for any room, seems like it will last years. I would recommend this to anyone!
