I have been ownings this product for 6/2 years. I love it and works like a charm. There's not water to add no special cleaning to do fot it. The kids actually sleep when they have colds and allergy. It is very good product that I even use. I have just that one and it's strong to where the sent is through out our apartment so we all feel the affect of it. Its' great and it works. good one vicks.
