I've been on a quest lately to find 'snack' vitamins - something that tastes good that isn't just a lump of sugar, but maybe has just a bit of something good for you. I've purchased this same companies 'Power C' gummy vitamin which I like quite a bit, so I decided to give this one a shot. The two are very different, but I have to say that I love them both - the definitely taste more like candy than any vitamin I've had. This is supposed to be raspberry, which I can sort of get but it tends to be just more generic berry to me than raspberry. It also has a bit of a kind of chalky taste to it as well, but nothing that really takes away from it in any meaningful way.
Be aware that these are small, and the serving size is supposed to be 2 - I routinely eat 8 or more at a time because they're soo good, and thankfully you don't really need to worry about any ill effects from B12 overdosing. ;)
As far as the energy claim, I don't feel noticeably different - but I don't expect Earth-changing effects from vitamins. I expect the effect to be more like the opposite of getting older, by this I mean you don't realize the effects of aging every day, you only really see it when you reflect back years. So in a perfect world, by eating more vitamins you'll be slowing down that inevitable decline just a bit longer - and if they taste like candy, all the better. :)
