I can't stand most multivitamins (too big), and used to take kid's chewable or gummy vitamins instead. These are tasty, easy to take, and are made for adults, so you don't have to wonder if you're getting enough of everything. I also take their Vitamin D gummy supplement and it is just as good. I hate taking vitamins - it feels like I am adding another pill into my life and I don't want to do that. But, I know that taking a multivitamin is important, so I was so happy to find these! They are easy to digest and take; they taste good, and they are gluten and dairy free. I recently went gluten-free and I had not realized that many supplements contained wheat. As much as I would like to report on the VitaFusion Multi Vites Gummy Vitamins, I can not. When I opened my package, the bottle looked like it contained syrup. All the vitamins had melted during transit and all I had was a bottle of goo! Needless to say, I returned them for credit.
