seems to work well, felt like having more energy the next morning and is soo easy to use and isn't in the way, even during the night time (didn't stick to well at the beginning, but got the hang of it.... :-)...)..
And best of all , there are no other ingredients in there, than the 2 nutrients I only want... :-).

I sit behind a desk all day and have suffered from fatigue for years. My doctor recommended the B-12 shots, which I took once a week. These patches have been much more convenient and easier than the shots and I find them to be just as effective! The patches were ok, but I didn't notice a huge difference. They will not be saving me another trip to the doctor.

Normally I used this product before I get the flu or a cold and it picks up my immune system right away. I have also used it after a long week at work and it also picks me up. I have introduced it to my wife and she feel's the same way. It's a little expensive but it's worth it.Customer Review: Patches do not stay adhered to skin very well

The directions say to apply a patch to your neck. I did so and the patch fell off before I even left the house. The next day I applied a patch to the inside of my wrist and it stayed on all day but fell off at night. I don't notice a huge difference in my energy level.
