I was given one of these (exact make & model as pictured) by my pulmonologist & thoracic surgeon to use after having a lung biopsy. To be truthful, I hated using it at first because it would make me cough and I experienced a lot of pain from my surgery site every time I coughed. Hang in there, though. It DOES get easier the longer you stick with it. To make a long story short, this little device works and works well. Like another reviewer posted, it is simple to use and understand but it makes all the difference in the world if you are serious about lung rehabilitation.
