Customer Reviews of WATERPIK WP-100 Handle Assembly KitCustomer Review: Not That Good Summary: 2 Stars
It was easy to install the replacement handle but once I tried to use it I realized that it did not emit a stream that was as strong as the original. The handle is very leaky and so the pressure coming out of it is low. I purchased two of these handles thinking that the first one might be defective so I installed the second handle but got the same results. The price of these two terrible handles plus the shipping brought me half way to the price of purchasing a whole new unit which I had orginally intended to do. Oh well live and learn.

Customer Review: Waterpik Replacement Handles Summary: 4 Stars
My wife and I have been using our waterpik regularly for about a year now, but unfortunately our original handle went bad. The button that holds the water would get stuck.
Rather than buying a new waterpik for $50, I found these on amazon and ended up picking up 3, in the event that they typically only have life of one year. The handles arrived as expected and with no problems. It is very simple to install. It is unfortunate that they start to go bad after a year though.
Customer Review: Water Pik Not Durable Summary: 1 Stars
We have used the Waterpik for only 3 months and already need to replace the handle. We foolishly did not save the purchase receipt otherwise it would be a warranty claim. Evenso, we are very disappointed with the lack of quality in the handle assembly. It is cheap plastic, the on/off button sticks and the tip locking mechanism broke making it impossible to lock the tip in. I do not recommend this product.
Customer Review: Improved part over original supplied with product Summary: 5 Stars
This replacement part is a major improvement over the original handle supplied with my about 3-year-old earlier version of the WaterPik Ultra WP-100. Pushbutton operation is smoother & twist head is also better & easier to use. (Apparently the newer versions of the WaterPik Ultra WP-100 product have this improved handle, so it may not have to be replaced on newer purchases of the WP-100.)
