First use, I was amazed that it really cleaned my hair like shampoo does. It takes a while (a month with me) before I noticed significant improvement. My hair was extremely damaged over the summer, actually much of it had broken off! Now, after a month, it is really smooth and soft. I don't care for the cucumber aloe smell, although it's not horrible. I love the Almond Mint; they both work for me. I'm pretty sure I'll never use regular shampoo again.
