Thank goodness I tried this from a friend and did not buy it. I have semi-oily, fine hair, and this product does not work for me. After the first wash, it seemed like it worked well, but by the third day of washing, my hair felt weighed down, flat, with no life. All frizzies were gone, but they were replaced by hair that felt smeared against my scalp. I rinsed and rinsed, hoping that would help. I skipped days of washing, as instructed, but that made my hair even oilier. It appears some people have had success with this product, but I would not recommend for my hair type. I used the fig version, so perhaps a different flavor would work better.Customer Review: Not for fine thin hair

This product does not work for fine thin hair. Less than half way through the day my hair was flat and listless and looked thinner - not what I intended. Also they make you think that the product will last a month. It is a 16 oz bottle of shampoo for $30. I don't have a lot of hair so I only needed a couple of pumps but still it only lasted a little over a week. I kept using it thinking my hair would improve over time, but it did not. Also all the other product that were pushed on you at the time of the sale were useless for thin fine hair. This does not eliminate other products unless you like completely flat listless hair.Customer Review: Great Product

I have tried endless shampoo, conditioner combinations and was still searching. I have very fine, dry, damaged hair. I thought I'd give this a try and it's really different. I used it on a damp, rainy day - which is usually the ruination of my hair. It would usually go flat and frizzy within an hour. After using the wen in the morning - my hair actually stayed styled all day. It leaves my hair soft and healthy looking. I find that I have to wash my hair more often than I did with regular shampoo - probably every day rather than every other day but I think that's a fair trade off. This might work for someone with dry/damaged hair. I have babyfine hair and this product leaves it even limper! :( There is no bounce at all in my hair. The only reason i gave it 2 stars rather than one is because my hair does seem shiny and healthier, and it feels very soft. Unfortunately, my hair LOOKS so bad that I can't continue to really use it. (I did keep it to use after swimming, since chlorine is so harsh. But I can't use it if I actually plan on leaving the house.) Again, it might work great for someone with thicker, coarser hair than mine. For me, it was really a let down.Customer Review: Didn't work for me at all

This product didn't work for me at all. I have medium thickness shoulder length straight hair. My two hair issues that I'm always trying to resolve are lack of volume and frizz. This product claimed to take care of both. It didn't. I followed directions to a T and have used this already a few times. No extra volume, no reduction in frizz. In fact, I think I've got more frizz with it. Regular "Extra-volume" shampoos and conditioners work much better. The only thing that's nice is that hair feels soft and light. But then again, it was pretty soft and light before. All in all - wasted money.
