Was very pleased with this purchase.
Been cutting hair for over a year now, and my last set of cheap Ebay clippers went out. After reading many reviews on this product I decided to take the plunge.
The clippers are nice and heavy, the cutter is aligned perfectly and very sharp. Cuts like a hot knife through butter. The many assorted attachment combs are great. I especially like the ones for trimming/tapering around the ears. This whole set made my haircut even easier and more blended.
The included trimmer is nice. It's small and quiet and uses one AA battery. I used a rechargeable Ni-MH battery to power it with. Glad I did for the little trimmer sucked the life out of that one battery.
Overall it is one of the best investments I have made to date. Well worth the price!

I was looking for a hair trimmer made by Apple, what I bought was this. The grip is comfortable but the trimmer is large, heavy and cumbersome. The vibration is pronounced when operating. The on-off switch is coarse to operate and too small. The small battery powered trimmer is a nice accessory but it feels like it came from the dollar store and it speeds up and slows down with a mind of its own (with new batteries). The soft case is large and holds all of the accessories. Their are several differnt size cutters to accomodate most needs. If you drive a Dodge Ram, this is your clipper. If you prefer the Honda Ridgeline, looks somewhere else. Though it functions as promised, it feels as though the design has not been refined since the 70's. I would not buy this trimmer again.Customer Review: Clippers as described do a good job.

This Wahl Clipper set is a good product for the money. I have been using Wahl for many years and they make a great product. I will continue to use Wahl products in the future. This set was well worth it. It arrived to my house 3 days earlier than originally stated. Product was packed well and shipped properly. Comes with a lot of attachments and extras. Although the mini clipper did not meet my expectations, I still like this clipper set. I do wish the clipper set came in a hard shell case as opposed to a fabric one. But, I thankfully saved the old hard shell case from my old Wahl clipper set and the new one fits in there real nice. And another nice little tid-bit...the attachments from my old Wahl clipper set fits this NEW Wahl clipper set with no problems.Customer Review: Solid, powerful clippers. This is my second Wahl set and I have to say I've been very pleased with the results and value. First, the clippers are strong and cut through hair with ease. I've tried some brands over the years that are not so powerful (and as a result the clippers pull your hair rather than cut it). So the Wahl was a pleasure to use. There's also a boatload of attachments included, so I am sure everyone will be happy with the tons of haircutting options they have.
Also, value-wise, this set cannot be beat when compared to the barber. At just over $20 dollars, this set is paid for after just a cut or two. While Wahl clippers last for years and years, even if you throw it in the trash after 2-3 uses, it's still a great deal. Highly recommended!

This is our second Wahl clipper. The first lasted 20+ years and my son took it with him to the Army. This new one lacks the quality of the first. The primary problem it the connection of the motor to the blade is plastic. The plastic works loose from the blade, causing the clipper to stop working. It requires a simple disassembly to fix the trouble (2 screws)but it is annoying to have to do it every 10-15 minutes. The $10 Conair clipper that we bought from Dollar General work much better. The extra doodads that come with the Wahl clipper are nice, but unnecessary. The scissors are junk, and who needs 12 different guides? 4 guides are enough for our family anyway. If I could return the Wahl clipper for a refund, I would.
