I purchased my Wahl clipper set from Amazon.com to replace an old set of Wahl clippers I had been using for the past 12 years. I gave the old clippers to my neighbor to use on his pets.(they are still working fine). I am very impressed with the quality,cutting ability, and quiet operation of my new clippers. These clippers operate as well if not better than clippers costing much more. With the attachments included in the kit I can cut my own hair with professional results! These clippers will pay for themselves with only two hair cuttings. I highly reccomend this set for home hair care.Customer Review: Great Money Saver! Excellent Value!

With 8 people in the family, this Wahl hair clipper kit is saving us a bundle! The video is a bit outdated, but clear in showing us what to do. The clipper works great, and is very easy to use. The kit has all the accessories I'll ever need to cut my family's hair. Excellent value for the quality! The only thing I might improve is to get a professional quality cape, as the one that came with it is a bit thin, and on the small side for some of the bigger guys in my family. But that aside, you can't go wrong buying this clipper set if you're looking to save money on hair cuts.Customer Review: Good for the price

Considering how cheap they were, I would get them again.
Pros: Powerful, plenty of attachments, complete kit
Cons: Scissors came dull, gets a little warm after use
Mostly, I was shocked that Amazon shipped me a used item...there were smudges on the clipper and little hairs still caught in the clipper portion. It's okay though, I enjoy examining my new products for fingerprints to see if they are actually new or not...it's a like an easter egg hunt. Bravo, Amazon.
Fortunately the clippers work well though, so I'll keep them.

I bought these for my fiance for Christmas and returned them the next day. He has been shaving his head for almost two years now and these are by far the worst clippers either one of us have seen! Not only did the clippers NOT cut close enough on the second or third pass, they also left large patches of uncut hair no matter how many times you went over it. We were previously using a set of Andis Pet Clippers bought at PetSmart for the same price and will be going back there for a new pair! If you have thick, coarse hair these clippers are definitely NOT for you.Customer Review: Great!

When I ordered this product I was a little nervous. Since I'm not a hair stylist, I was afraid that while I had done my research, I had somehow managed to pick the wrong clippers. Turns out there was no reason to be worried. I cut my husband's hair and what usually takes a good hour, took all of 15-20 minutes. I was amazed at how great they worked. I was able to go straight to a #2 guard instead of my usual #3 and then #2.
I highly recommend these clippers. They're definitely a great buy for the money.
