I've used this on my boyfriend for a few weeks now, and it works really well, for the most part. However, the scissor and the combs are too fragile. The trimmer seems like it would get broken really easily judging by the plastic that is suppose to support it. I don't bother using the trimmer. I have my own for that. The clipper can be really noisy with certain numbers (from my experience, #6 is pretty bad), but with others, it's calm and quiet. The rest of the kit was pretty helpful to use.Customer Review: Good Clipper, Great Customer Service.

The clipper itself works great. Yes, it is a little loud, but it's an electric hair clipper. I would not expect it to be whisper-quiet any more than I would expect a silent lawn mower.
My clipper arrived with one of the guide combs missing teeth. I emailed Wahl and immediately got a response that a replacement was being sent; no back and forth, no climbing the CSR ladder and having the blame moved to Amazon. Immediate action and great customer service.

Bought this product for my brother in law and my husband. Both seem to love it! The only downside is now my husband expects me to cut his hair! It has every attachment he could possibly need including an ear trimmer, eyebrow trimmer and cape. He had a Wahl before which lasted over 10 years and this is its replacement. Great for the price...just a bit more than one haircut at a barber. It also comes with directions on how to cut hair so maybe I won't have to shave him bald!Customer Review: Great set of clippers for cheap

I bought this set a few weeks ago. I finally neeed a haircut the other did, and these did the job very well. It's definitely worth the low cost because it doesn't seem like there's an detectable drop-off in quality from the haircuts I would get at the barber shop. They work very effectively, so this is really a very worthwhile bargain if you can get it for about 20 bucks like i did. I'll probably save at least 100 bucks over the course of the year on haircuts.Customer Review: Does what it says

Nothing to complain about. I wanted a high powered trimmer for cheap and that's what I got. It is quite noisy and the attached "trimmer" is worthless, but the clips are a good range of sizes (even the lowest setting isn't quite low enough, but it's fine) the cord is long enough and it does its job. It does get hot too but that is expected. Overall this product did nothing to WOW me, but it does exactly what it is supposed to do, nothing more nothing less..
