I've been using this trimmer for 12 years, with practically no maintenance. I bought it because every Oster I bought would break within months. Amazing then that this trimmer has lasted me 12 years. While I don't know if the ones today are made as well as the one I bought, if mine ever does break, I will surely buy another one.Customer Review: I've had my Peanut for about 15 years

I LOVE this clipper/trimmer! My mother-in-law gave me this set 15 years ago because I cut hair for 4 boys and one hubby. My Peanut is still going strong and just now I think I need to replace the blade.
This clipper is lightweight, easy to use, and it does a terrific job. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I bought the philips norelco bodygroom about a year ago to trim bodyhair which was good but this is MUCH better. The norelco took forever to cut hairs and pulled them as well. This peanut is super fast and yet still gentle on skin. My mom uses one of these to cut hair and its still working good for her after ~12 years.Customer Review: Wahl Peanut Hair Clippers - the best!

I had an older pair and they broke so I had to replace it with the same "peanut" model. This is a small clippers, but do a BIG JOB!
It's all packed in a tiny package and with all the attachments, you can do a major hair cut, clipping, or shaping job. Wonderful piece of equipment and very durable.

I have this product for over a year and have been using it consistently every 3 to 4 weeks. It's small but powerful and easy to handle and clean as well. The only gripe I have about it are the comb guides. The longest is .5 inch, and Wahl doesn't offer any separate guides longer in this size. Oh well.
