Customer Reviews of WalkFit Orthotic Insoles SIZE CCustomer Review: Good they finally added the Shoe Size that C covers. Summary: 4 StarsI ordered these when they didn't have the shoe size for C listed. However I knew C did cover the size I needed. And ordered. The price was the best I could find at the time. Postage maybe stiff however. I have an old broken foot injury 40 years old that is giving me lots of pain and problems. It seems like the arch has collapsed on that foot alone. So I began with the lower inserts and now using the medium. My other foot could use the highest one for arch support. I used to be equal on both feet right up until last June when problems began. And my arches have always been high arches so it's no wonder the higher level fits my one foot better than the injured foot. Not sure it's an aging thing or more to it. Right now I've got these inserted into a pair of Spira hiking boots. Several Spira shoes seem to give my foot more support it needs now that this problem has developed. Before that I wore MBT's 5 different pairs over 4 years almost exclusively. I've had bouts of problems with this old injury in the past too..nothing quite like this however. Very worrysome. So I invested in a variety of shoes that are arch supporters and hold your foot from twisting too. And still needed a stronger insert and arch support. I thought something was wrong with my shoes originally and even asked my husband if he could feel it too & if he thought a cobbler could work it down. And I realized finally...it wasn't the shoes that changed....not talking about the MBT's here I'd already had to quit using them...but turns out it's the foot? If I take care and give it some support I am hoping it will heal. I want to avoid the doctors...there are so many in this particular field that are closer to quacks then know what the real business of orthopedics....so decided to invest in several pairs of top of the line shoes and supports first. So far the whole thing is about 1 trip to the doctors office with Xrays. These inserts do help..but not the full answer either. I would have liked them in a full length shoe insert instead they are 3/4 size. The Spira's I have use two springs in the toe area with two exposed holes over them when you remove the shoes' original footbed insert...so these 3/4 sized replacements doesn't cover the holes....So that is why only 4 stars. I prefer full footbed inserts not the halves and 3/4's. The original listing here didn't tell you that like they didn't bother to originally tell you the size range C stood for either....I let the seller know and maybe others too because it's now part of it's description. I'm still shopping for full length inserts or I would have gotten 2-3 pairs of these.
Customer Review: Product good, company bad!!! Summary: 1 StarsSimply put do not order this product, I ordered from them and a month
later was charged an additional $50 for something I did not order from
them, so far they have refused to refund this unauthorized charge.
When you call their CS # you get some idiot in India who is of no
help, as usual.
If you choose to use this product keep a close eye on you bank acct.
I will be contacting my bank as well as my state atty. general.

Customer Review: These things are great! Summary: 5 StarsI have an outside job. I walk an average of 8-12 miles everyday. Before i bought these i had so much trouble with sore feet and my back would ache every night. since i have purchased these i DONT have back pain from walking anymore. I have purchased a pair of these for every shoe i own I dont leave the house without them...
Customer Review: Awesome! Summary: 5 StarsEDIT:
One year later, I am less impressed with these. The plastic has warped, and the arch is no more (and I am not exactly a heavy person). I consider the price to be rather extravagant since these deteriorate so quickly. I think that Walk Fit might be aware of the problem. It seems that the new supports are made of a different type of plastic.

I know a school teacher, who is on her feet all day. She's the one who introduced me to these, and she swears by them! I'm a college student and I live off campus, which means that it is a one mile walk to class and back. I'd been having aching feet and tight calves, but this has helped so much.
Honestly, leg and foot stiffness and soreness is a thing of the past. Just make sure that you follow the instructions and break them in slowly. I know someone who ignored them and put the high inserts in and wore them all day. He hurt himself so badly that he through them out. After hearing me gush, he bought another pair, and broke them in properly. Now neither of us goes without them. They are very easy to transfer between shoes, and I have, on occasion, managed to fit them into some low heels. They will make all of your shoes fit the same, and fit right. I only wish I'd had these when I waitressed as a summer job!
$20 (the Bed Bath and Beyond price) is a lot to shell out, but it will be a one-time purchase. I've been using these for four months, and I'll never go with anything else!
