Customer Review: Excessive delivery charges by this seller/manufacturer

I gave the product four stars because these do work to help get rid of pain. Not only in the foot, but the knees and ankles as well. I felt some relief almost immediately. Arch supporters are probably a good ideal for most people who stand and walk alot. If you've never worn arch supporters, it may take some getting adjusted to. These particular insoles are firmer than most, but do a good job.
These items don't weigh much. Heck, they're light. In a single shipment, I ordered 2 pairs and paid almost 12.00 in delivery charges. I think that is blatantly greedy. I have paid less than 12.00 for heavy books. This company can be as greedy as it wants, but they will never get another dime of my money. After I placed my order, the more I thought about it, the less I appreciated it. This seller is actually the manufacturer. I like the product but, will not purchase from them again, period. I shop with Peora, another seller based in California. They ship free of charge. I don't mind paying for delivery, but I don't expect to get ripped off either.

I can tell no difference in my foot pain from wearing these insoles. It could just be that they don't work for me. My feet don't hurt less and they don't hurt more. I have tried them while walking on the street, on the treadmill, and on the eliptical. Normally I wouldn't even bother to write a review, I would just chalk it up to another junky product like so much other garbage on the market out there.
My main beef is with their customer service people. Of course they barely speak intelligible english but that's par for the course. I have called twice and they have been extremely rude both times. They charged me more than I expected and had calculated for the product and could not give me a decent explanation. They were so rude and spoke right over me and never gave me an opportunity to get a word in edge wise. Honestly, even if the product had worked well, they'd never get business from me again.
One piece of advice - "Expedited Shipping" to these people means about two weeks. I don't recommend it.

Order via Potters Gifts, I never receive the item. The item shows that it was delivered but I never receive it. Email them to inform them of the issue, and they wanted me to track it down. This is a small ticket item, under $20, it is too petty and they stated that they cannot trust me. Unlike other companies they would resend the item and track the lost item. These orthotics are excellent. My feet were finally pain free and I didn't have to go to the Podiatrist (my next step if these didn't work).
I've previously used 'superfeet' in all my shoes, but they just didn't help any more. Thanks to this product, I'm back on my feet again.

THESE ORTHOTICS ARE SUPERIOR IN EVERY RESPECT. I HAVE FIVE (5) PAIRS NOW AND AM ORDERING TWO MORE TODAY.
