I got this for Christmas and Love it!!! It makes my whole mouth feel super clean. I can see how it wouldn't be practical for taking it on trips...which is understandable (and that's why they make small hand held ones). I have super sensitive gums and often times when I floss or brush my gums bleed. I feel like this product gets the job done with out all the mess. It's a little hard to get used to at first ( I squirted myself in the face a couple of times) but is worth the hassle.Customer Review: Another Example of Poor Design

My Water Pik (WP-60W) is unreliable after 5 months. The fault lies with the reservoir. After 5 months the
reservoir began to shutter and would not pump water. The only way to get the system to work is to
apply pressure to the seal between the reservoir and the pump while you are trying to use the product. Apparently the seal becomes unseated after a few uses. Terrible quality Terrible design. I guess Waterpik did not perform enough qualty testing on this one.

I had the portable Water Pik and I hated it. It broke in less than 6 months and it was difficult to handle and it needed to be refilled over and over for one good cleaning. This one is just perfect as the spray volume is easily adjustable and works very well. The basin for the water is the right amount of water for one good cleaning. The only little thing is that it is tough to put the wand back into the base for storing but other than that, it works just right.Customer Review: As a Nasal Irrigator

I use the WP 60 for nasal irrigation and I have found it to be excellent. It has a button I can use to stop the stream and transfer over to the other side. It has a stronger stream than the waterpic that is sold only as a nasal irrigator and I like that also. It does make a lot of noise when I use it but other than that I think it works great as a nasal rinse machine. I did have to pick up the nasal "wand" from another vendor but it attaches fine to the WP60.Customer Review: Just another piece of sh$*^ From WaterPic

After going through three portable units from Waterpic in two years, two of the units I repaired multiple times, I decided to go with the plug-in unit, which for some foolish reason I though might be more durable. This is not the case. After about two months of use, the pump is beginning to fail. You might as well just take your money and flush it down the toilet. Clearly this brand manufactures only trash, all of it coming from China, of course.
