The product arrived on time and is working great for me. I have no complaints.

This is a little messy, but it cleans your gums really well. Takes a little practice to do it right without hosing down your bathroom, but your mouth feels really clean after. I had no trouble directing the stream, but you have to keep your mouth closed and let the liquid drain out the side into the sink. A little bit of mouthwash, with the water, and you got a super clean moth. have had it a few months and no operational problems yet.,

This is a portable water pik which sounds like a great idea, the problem is that it does not hold enough water to even begin to be effective. It is also bulky and loud. I think you would need to stop and refill this 2-3 times to be of any use and that is not really easy to do.

Customer Review: Unusable
Summary: 1 Stars

Very bad. Main problem is the tip won't stay fixed, it keeps rotating, so it sprays water everywhere but your teeth. Also when you use the more powerful setting, the tip flies off! If you want an irrigator for your bathroom, get a corded model, or better, one of the OralBreeze products. For travel, the Panasonic is good.

Customer Review: Didn't meet expectations
Summary: 2 Stars

The rechargability makes this an improvement over its predecessor, and I don't even mind that the reservoir is so small, it runs out of water all the time -- if it had higher capacity, it would be too big to hold. What I hate, as another reviewer mentioned, is that the tip rotates so loosely that you can't control the stream. So the problem areas in the back of my mouth -- for which my dentist recommended a Waterpik -- aren't being cleaned. The result is a big mess, and consequently the applicance sits unused in my medicine cabinet most of the time.
