Customer Reviews of Waterpik WP-360W Hand-held Cordless Rechargeable Dental Water JetCustomer Review: Good tool -- easier than flossing Summary: 3 Stars1. It is portable, so I can take it into the washroom at work and clean my teeth, but easy to keep secure in my locker.
2. It works very well getting stuff out from between my teeth.
3. I have to fill it up at least twice, each time I use it.
4. I have to use warm water, otherwise it makes my teeth hurt.
The charger was a little iffy to start with, but I was able to figure out how to get the plug in the socket just right so it will charge properly. It would be nice to be able to tell if it is charging, like so many other cordless devices, by having an LED indicator.
Customer Review: Waterpik Cordless Model WP-360W Summary: 1 StarsBought this item Christmas of 2007. The water pik worked well until August 2008 when the battery would no longer hold a charge. The connector for the battery charger easily corrodes. The water tank is a little small have to refill tank. Item made in China.
Would not recommend this unit due to its very short battery life.
Customer Review: Cordless Waterpik Summary: 5 StarsThis is a very functional, and convenient waterpik. One that has an adequate water and pressure chamber. Also it requires minimal vanity space.
I recommend this product.
Customer Review: Was good while it worked Summary: 2 StarsIt worked well for the first 6 months or so. Then, water stopped coming out of it. I opened it to take a look at what the problem is and found that one of the plastic parts has warn down. This has only been used for about 6 month and that tells you how poor quality the parts used are.
Customer Review: Bad mistake Summary: 1 StarsMy first unit died after a few weeks, and I make a bad mistake thinking it was a fluke and bought a second one for an upcome trip I was taking. The second one died after barely two weeks of use. These units are poorly and cheaply made. Customers are badly dupped into thinking they can rely on this product because its sold in major US drug stores.
