Customer Review: Not worth the time and money

Review for Waterpik Cordless. Bought this last year and I'm already on the second one. I called the manufacturer to replace the first one and customer service was excellent. Got my replacement unit for free in less than a week. The replacement unit stopped working as well after six months of usage. It's really a good product to rinse in between your teeth, if it would just last. The item was never dropped and only used it once a day. Save your time and money and skip this one.Customer Review: LOVE this!

This has stopped a problem where my gum was growing away from a dental implant due to gingivitis. The waterpik gets my mouth cleaner than I could flossing and brushing and the gingivitis has calmed down. Much more effective and pleasant to use than the Sonicare toothbrush. Very easy to use and doesn't take up much space. Yes it does make a whirring noise but it's not excessive. I wish I'd started using this years ago, maybe I wouldn't have needed the dental implants.Customer Review: Best to go for the larger size

It cleans well but this cordless version has its limitations. You need to refill the water tank twice to do your whole mouth. Refilling is easy but when it runs out of water the pitch of the fairly noisy thing gets even higher and more annoying.
Also, because you need to keep it upright, there are parts of your mouth you can't get to, notably the inside of your front teeth where plaque accumulates. I'm going to return this and try the larger counter top size.

Not as powerful as stationary Waterpik but will do a quick cleaning on the go. It won't fit in pocketbook but perhaps in a desk drawer. Reservoir needs to be filled twice for thorough cleaning but if it were any larger it would be difficult to hold and maneuver. Good for travel. I keep a stationery Waterpik upstairs and this one downstairs. Only two speeds. For me, low is useless. Holds a charge well. Easy to fill and empty, I leave mine open to dry completely.Customer Review: Its ok

I did not return it. Though I thought about it. It only holds a little water BUT I can use it in the shower no problem. So because of that Im keeping it. Its pretty powerful. In most places where my gums a healthy it does not hurt on HI power. But in places that are sensetive it can hurt a little. Over all I think my gums have become more healthy which is good. It comes with a few diffrent heads. I do not care for any of them expcet the orginal one.
