Not that I expected a miracle with this product or anything, but having it on after an hour and even with a sauna suite as suggested, all this product did was make a mess. My skin didn't even come out feeling any better (smoother, softer, which is what the ingredients of this product should actually do in the least.
There is not an explanation of how to put it on, how much or what to do with the cloths afterward. It is pretty self explainitory, however it is nice to have some reassurance.
If you try this make sure to have a lot of space the you dont mind possibly getting messy and a little time on your hands as it is rather uncomfortable and an absolute mess if you are not covered up in a plastic suit as I was.
All in all a rediculous expirement that I will not be attempting again.
