If this isn't the coolest weight scale in the universe, well... It is so refreshing to find a decorator's choice in the weight scale department. It almost makes you feel good about what it's going to tell you!
It is easy to program. In my home, I have 2 users. You can program up to 4 users. The target weight is easy to set. You step on the scale, weigh yourself, then user 1 and user 2 become the up-or-down pound/kilo measurement, so you click on these buttons until you get to your desired target weight. After setting your user number and target weight, you get on the scale after pressing your user number, and it tells you your current weight, how much you've lost since the last time you stepped on it, how much you've lost since you started your program, and how much more you have to go to your target.
The user manual (a flyer), is easy to read and use to set up the scale. Additionally it let's you know how often to weigh yourself depending on whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain your current weight.
Additionally with my purchase I also receive a year of Weight Watcher magazine for free. All right!
This has been an enjoyable purchase.

I bought this scale after reading good reviews about it online. Little did I know it wasn't going to be as easy getting it to work as great as they said it did. I like the 4 user option to record weight, goal weight and show you your progress. Looks of it are nice. The thing bother me was each time I stepped on it I got a different weight as much as a 20 lb difference up and down.
My husband said it needs to be on a solid flat surface. In our old house that meant the concrete back porch. I took it out there. Stepped on again and again and had the hardest time getting the balance dots to be in the middle where they should be. Once I figured out how to balance on it I got the same reading for several times in a row. I do want to use it in my bathroom but won't be able to with the old wooden floor that is unlevel. Make sure you put it on level hard surface.
Now it is working for me most of the time where I get the right weight.
Whew... if you don't mind learning the right way to use it you will enjoy it's features. If you want one you just step on and go then I don't recommend it.
It is easy to read with my eyes not as good as they once were.

I'm Mary and bought this scale using my husband's Amazon account. I really hate this scale! I've never actually hated a bathroom scale. Usually, I'd just tuck them under my clothes in the closet and then pull them out for encouragement from time to time. This one, however, forced me to go on a diet and start exercising. It's brutally honest! It measures in 10th of a pound and promptly tells me when I've been cheating or gotten lazy. Also, the darn thing won't give my weight until I get my hand off the table or until I'm "balanced." My husband, a Type 2 diabetic, has lowered his blood sugar and revisited his high school senior weight since he began weighing in every day. To make matters even worse, the darn thing agrees with the doctor's scale. My old scale always weighed me 8 pounds less than the doctor's. Well, that's about it..... If the darn thing didn't look so chic I'd shove it back in the closet. Think twice before you buy this machine, it's a real nag. If you choose this scale, you too might find yourself having to deal with what you put in your mouth....without fail, the scale will let you know.

Although an attractive design, I purchased one of these and compared the weight measurement to two other scales in nearby medical facilities. The weights there were within decimal places. The weight measured for me and my wife was about 6% different or 6 lb per hunderd pounds body weight. When I contacted Conair customer service, I was told to remove the battery for two hours which "re-sets" the load cells. Well, it did not work and I called back, I was told that these scales only provide rough estimates of weight. When I spoke to a supervisor she said that this model is 99% accurate. The unit I received looked good but a carnival weight guesser would get closer than Conair model WW43D... and it cost like $12.00 to ship it back... and they wanted a 20% restocking fee. Think hard before you purchase this bathroom scale. Maybe I got a lemon, but the customer service was also bad. I never was one for weighing myself regularly, but had lost some weight and wanted to stay on track. I was looking for a digital scale with a memory. After reading through many reviews on Amazon for many different scales a couple months ago, I chose the WW Memory Glass Electronic Scale. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's set up for a 4-person memory so I set my first weight on it and my goal. When I weigh in, I tap a button that stores my info, get on and it gives my current weight, the difference from the previous weight and lbs to the goal. I like the big numbers and blue back light. It disappears and my weight is confidential to the next person using the scale. Anyone can weigh by simply tapping with the toe. It's accurate to the tenth. The scale is good looking, the clear glass is thick and feels good.
Now I can't be without it! We're leaving for several months and am taking it with me. It does keep me accountable for my eating habits and has made a difference.
