I work at my computer 7 days about 14-15 hours a day. Trying to stave off carpal tunnel surgery, I bought these braces after trying many other "home remedies." These actually work! While I don't use them all the time, when my wrists start to bother me, I wear them 24-7 until the pain stops. Then I can usually go for a few weeks without pain. When the pain starts up again, out come the braces. Granted, I probably don't need surgery if I can go for a time without the braces, and I truly don't have carpal tunnel syndrome, but without these braces, I believe it is just a matter of time. I honestly think these braces are my "apple a day."Customer Review: Great support!

This brace has great support. The velcro tabs allow me to tighten this brace around my wrist tightly so that I cannot move it. Its padding is comfortable, there's no chafing, and the brace fits my small wrist perfectly. I have carpal tunnel, and this brace keeps my wrist from bending improperly and from being so sore. I notice when I forget to use it that my pain returns, so it must be doing its job! It's so great, I'm buying two! The extra cost in comparison with other braces on Amazon is worth it. I tried out another brace, but its material rubbed against my skin and the support was lacking. This brace is much higher in quality.Customer Review: It's a nice compromise-- Better buy two

I like that it is lightweight and not overly movement-oppressive. I was able to bend the center support a little bit to provide just a little more pressure at the heel of my hand, which brought better relief. It's a compromise. More restricted movement provides better relief, but leaves me less comfortable and with less strength to perform my tasks. It is light in color, so it immediately shows dirt and moisture, but it washes nicely. I just put it in a lingerie bag and throw it in with a white load, and let it air dry. I ended up getting a second one so that I could rotate them through the wash with less down-time.Customer Review: It would be perfect if it came in different sizes

This would be a nearly-perfect wrist brace if it fit correctly. Unfortunately, it is a little bit too small for my arms. It fits reasonably well around my hand but just barely closes around my (somewhat muscular, but not extremely large) forearm. Because of this, the whole thing just sits a little bit wrong.
The item says that it is "designed to fit women", but I would alter that to say that it's designed to fit small women. It seems to be treated as a one-size-fits all item, which it definitely is not.
Other than that, it's well-made and comfortable.

I recently had my pisiform bone taken out of my wrist and was told I would be in a brace for a while. Let me tell you, the one I received from my orthopaedic office wasn't very comfortable wearing it 24/7. I heard about this wellgate for women wrist support brace and it immediately caught my attention. I feel like it's designed for me ..it's so comfortable and I don't have to deal with velcro being stuck to anything like my other one did. I wish I would have heard about this brace a long time ago. I definitly say it's worth the money and more-
