Other braces made it hard to type or rubbed against my knuckles or were just too big. This is soft and comforatable even when it's hot out. Great support as well. But definitely designed for women with small hands, like me.Customer Review: Best Wrist Splint Ever!

This splint is amazing- the doctor told me I needed to wear one on both hands for early carpal tunnel. I bought a tan, cheaper brand (saved $2) that was unisex and for either hand, it was awful! I always took it off in the middle of the night because it was so uncomfortable. Needless to say I returned it and splurged on this one.
I worried since it was "SlimFit" it would be too small, but it's amazing! So comfortable, I wear it all night long. Also, it's quite pretty, so I have no worries about wearing it out and about. I also have a better range of motion for typing and other duties.
I'll definitely be returning to buy another for my right hand. I would recommend this all day long.

Very comfortable and not as noticable--a flesh colored version would also be great. I have large hands so the very top part of the thumb opening can irritate so I keep the top strap less tight and move it up a bit. I purchased this product to assist with my carpal tunnel. I sleep with them on most nights and is comfortable. Just the right length for a woman's arm.
