with this purchase, you receive ONE 15-wipe packet. This was total robbery. I don't understand how the list price could ever be $21.48 for ONE packet. Granted, the actual sale price was discounted to $5.19, however these single packets sell for $0.99.
Based on the $21.48 list price, I assumed that I was going to receive 15 packets.
