Customer Review: Love...Love this tea! It helps curb my appetite and has such a full rich taste.

I adore this tea. It has helped me tremendoulsy while I am dieting. I have noticed that when I have a cup of this tea before I eat, I am less hungry. Now, if I have a cup of tea after, it does cut my desire to snack. I usually have a cup late at night since that is when I tend to snack. The taste to me is wonderful. The oolong complements the peppermint. Neither one overpowers the other. Note: When you buy, you may want to make sure it is the Diet Control: Peppermint Twist not the Diet Control: Peppermint. The latter has just green tea with no oolong and is overpowered by the ingredients. Diet Control: Peppermint Twist is amazing!
