My family loves Xylitol as an alternative to sugar and artificial sweetners. When I eat sugar I get horrible heatburn and it exaserbates my yeast problem. If I use artificial sweetners I'm poisoning my body. Plus with xylitol it helps your teeth. I use it just like I would sugar. The only thing I haven't tried is baking with it. This brand was very good...I've tried several and I can't complain about any of them. We got a really good deal on Amazon.Customer Review: I'm a repeat buyer

I got turned on to an artificial sweetener mix from a friend who's really into health food. Finding out that it's primarily xylitol, I decided to refill from this 5lb bag. Great deal.
Of course I did the research since pretty much every artificial sweetener under the sun is bad for you, especially aspartame you find in diet sodas. From what I've found, Xylitol is actually good for you. I bought a bag for my diabetic father.

I love this product. I suffer from arthritis and I am trying to eliminate all Aspartame from my diet. It is made of chemicals. Xylotol is a natural product made from I believe fruits and vegetables. Xylotol is equal to surger in texture, cooks well, and is great in drinks. No after taste for me. The arthritis has quieted down since I quit using the aspartame.Customer Review: Xylitol

We have been using this product for three years as a sugar substitute! We serve it to our friends and family and no one has been able to tell the difference. It cooks, tastes and bakes like regular granulated sugar. We believe this product is better for our health! We love it, no aftertaste and the calories are substantially less than regular. Great product creating both a feeling of having made a good choice and a satisfied sweet tooth at the same time. It is not quite as sweet per oz. as Splenda, but then I have just barely tried the product and have not given it much of a chance. I do believe it is a better alternative than what is currently being touted to the general public.
