I purchased Great Plains Bentonite Detox formula. FedEx damaged the package and couldn't deliver it. I sent the FedEx notice about the damaged product to the supplier. When I asked the supplier to send me a new bottle they said they wouldn't because their policy prohibited that. Instead, they said they would issue a total refund of the purchase price and delivery charge and then I would have to re-purchase the product. It has been more than a month since i sent the supplier the FedEx notice and as of today's date, I still have not received the full refund. I will not use this company ever again.
