Makes delicious yogurt and easy to use. The instructions should make mention of using Lactaid free milk or keeping the yogurt in the yogurt maker for 24 hours if using regular milk to make it digestible to people with dairy problems who cannot eat store bought yogurt. I add it to the frozen fruit drinks that I whip up in my blender for a delicious and healthy lunch.Customer Review: Works well; make your own yogurt on the cheap!

Love this yogurt maker! Makes great yogurt, very easy to do. Good price, and you are also able to buy extra batch jars if you need them. My only complaint(if you can call it one) is that I can only make 2 quarts at a time. I eat that much in 3 days or so usually so I am constantly making more, but this maker is great!Customer Review: LOOOVE it

Very well built and super convenient. You have to try a couple of batch to figure out what your preferences are (I do use some light cream and whole milk for a texture identical to the greek strained yogurt). This yogurt can make one half-gallon of yogurt - this was the main reason I purchased it. I also got yogurt of consistently good quality - firm and tasts good. The temperature is not too high as some previous reviewers stated, at least judged from the good quality it produced.

Can't find any fault with it. The digital thermometer that comes with it works well for my bread making too. There are cheaper yogurt makers, but not for making one half gallon at a time! It includes cheese cloth, and two packages of starters too. Good product.
