For a long time, I had been taking Vitamin C supplements with artificial coloring and flavoring. I switched to Zand after first seeing them in Whole Foods grocery. I love the taste and the natural sweetness. I also feel comfortable with the fact that it doesn't have artificial colorings or sweeteners, or anything else that I tell could be health-damaging. And added plus that it also has zinc, which helps boost the immune system! I often snack on these instead of candies, and feel good that it's helping my health. When I feel a sore throat coming on, thankfully it has not become a full-fledged cold, and I think that this helps to keep the colds and other minor illnesses at bay. I plan to continue purchasing. I like that this company sells a big pack of smaller packs of them, so I don't have to keep going to the store to buy them.
