I've been dealing with flakes and redness for years before I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. Weather, stress, and certain foods and drinks all trigger bad episodes. I like the ZNP bar. It helps keep my skin clear. I misunderstood the label on the item, though. It looked like it was 12 bars for a higher price, but it was only one. I'll be more careful next time.
