I got this shower radio because other reviews indicated that the sound quality might be better than the Conair shower radio that I already owned. It wasn't, and I was probably naive to believe a speaker as small as the one this has could sound better than a cheap transistor radio (anyone remember those?). Anyway, on top of the speaker being terrible
1) the dials are incredibly difficult for wet hands to use
2) the battery lid requires much levering to get on if actual batteries are put inside (just a ridiculously poor design)
3) the radio tuning drifts off station if you leave the unit on for more than 10 minutes. Combine that with difficult to use dials, and the result is this infuriating device.
Get a Conair instead of this . .
