I have owned my own spa for over 5 years. Never have I had a product during my years of spa ownership with such amazing results. I have never had a client that Zeno did not work on. As long as Zeno is used before skin damage begins and when the pimple FIRST FORMS (or whenever you FIRST FEEL IT--DON'T PICK THE PIMPLE because picking only damages the skin), it works beautifully (only three to four 2.5 minute treatments [all within a two day period] for normal pimples and they are completely gone! However, sometimes it only takes one to two treatments and they are completely gone) . It even helps speed up healing on older pimples. On deeper cystic pimples, it has worked for my clients too (the deeper cystic pimples require more than the normal 3-4 treatments...I tell my clients to keep using it on the deeper cystic pimples, as long as it is working and the pimple is getting smaller). Sometimes it may leave a red circle around the treated area, but with my clients the circle is always gone within an hour maximum. My customers have told me that it feels warm, but nothing unbearable (parafin wax is hotter). I feel comfortable selling it to my clients because it is the ONLY FDA Cleared over-the-counter device for pimples, so I know it will not damage my customers skin, even those with very sensitive skin...it is safe for anyone to use (the treatments are only 2.5 minutes a couple times a day and well worth the investment...no scarring from pimples and a clear face!). And, my clients can take it anywhere with them...it is small and rechargeable, so they can carry it in their purse, briefcase, etc. Like I said before, my clients have never been happier (and I have never had a return).Customer Review: Zeno does work on deep cystic pimples

After reading a review on Zeno that said the zit lasted longer, I read another review that finally made perfect sense about this product. It said that Zeno works on cystic pimples too, but you just need to use it more times. This seemed logical to me because cystic pimples are deeper than normal ones. If you stop a treatment that is working, it is just like starting an antibiotic, but not finishing it. This reviewer said they kept using Zeno until the pimple was gone. Well, I tried it and it actually worked! Just like they said, the deeper pimples just need more applications. Zeno does work on deep cystic pimples.Customer Review: My skin has never looked better!

Wow! My skin has never looked better since our family dermatologist recommended Zeno. Of course I was skeptical at first, until my doctor told us that Zeno had a 30 day return policy (which we verified on the product website at www.myzeno.com). My doctor also said he had never had a patient return a Zeno. Well, he was right on the money! My wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase and its results...my skin is clear (for the first time in my life!) and she no longer complains about the monthly cyclical pimples. I am going to buy several more now as gifts for family members...it is well worth the price, and it really works!Customer Review: 100% Zeno SATISFIED!

Several of my friends tried Zeno (all of them had awesome results). So, I decided to give it a try after making sure the product was returnable (within 30 days) if I did not like it. This is truly a remarkable product. I applied Zeno to my newly formed pimples (as the directions indicated...three 2.5 minute treatments within 24 hours). The results were incredible! My pimples disappeared completely during the treatment cycle.
I even had a cystic pimple that I tried it on...however, I experimented a little bit. As soon as I felt the cystic pimple forming (they feel deep and hurt a little bit), I kept using Zeno on it till it started going away (it was more than 3 treatments, but I know my body...Zeno was definitely making the cystic pimple smaller with each treatment, so I just kept using Zeno until it was gone). In my experience, it did work on cystic pimples...they just required more treatments (makes sense to me, since they are deeper than normal ones). Anyways, I would normally get some sort of scar that took forever to fade with a cystic pimple, but Zeno cured me of that too. I am so grateful! You just need to be "in tune" with your body!

Judging from the reviews, I see that people don't realize just how different people's skin can be. Like any skin product, this can be hit or miss. In my personal experience, this product is absolutely wonderful. In my best friend's personal experience, this product did NOTHING to help her deplorable skin situation. My advise is to go to a dermatologist's office, make an appointment to the aesthetician, and have her do Zeno tests on you skin. That way, you can determine how well your skin will react to the product. Be informed consumers! Don't buy this unless you have previewed it and are certain it will work for you. Otherwise, it's just money wasted. A lot of money wasted. I hope this helps you guys!
