I am extremely impressed by this product. The nail polish is very long lasting. When I apply 2 coats to a french manicure, the manicure lasts up to 7 days with only tiny chips appearing on the 6th or 7th day (which can easily be touched up). I have also applied it over a clear "sticky" basecoat and have had the same long lasting results. As described, the nail polish does make your nail bed pinker but I did not notice the tips of my nails looking any whiter. Although it is a clear nail polish, there is a beautiful cast to the polish in the bright light giving the nail a noticeable clean and finished appearance. Although I don't think it looks like an actual French Manicure, when used alone, the results are very pretty. I liked the product so much that I bought two additional bottles for gifts.
