Customer Reviews of Zyrtec Allergy Relief (10 mg), 30-Count TabletsCustomer Review: Zyrtec works Summary: 5 Stars
Zyrtec works well for me. Its effect lasts 24 hours, often longer. Happily, it recently became available over the counter. An interesting sidelight on the effectiveness of our health system: now that my insurance company no longer covers half of the cost, I actually pay less per tablet: I no longer must see my GP to get the prescription, and the cost per tablet is less, too. The moral of the story: health insurance companies should cover catastrophic costs only. They can then get rid of the army of bean counters they need to process small claims. Flexible spending accounts can bridge the gap. But, alas, that is too simple and cost-effective to interest most politicians.
Customer Review: aaaahhhh, relief at last! Summary: 5 Stars
Personally, it's the best solution for my allergies that i've come across so far. 45count Zyrtec at $30 = 0.66 cents per pill per day, playing soccer during allergy season without a runny nose and itchy eyes = priceless. I recommend purchasing a smaller quantity in order to check to see if it works well for you. I also highly recommend downloading the free "Alergy alert" widget from yahoo which tells you the weekly allergen count for your specific area. I only take it when the allergen count is high, so it's not necessary to take this pill every single day of the year.
p.s. have a blissful and beautiful day!
Customer Review: Zyrtec is AMAZING! Summary: 5 Stars
I have suffered from allergies for many years and they have gradually gotten worse. Indoor allergies are what I struggle with the most, such as dust, pet dander, and different scents. Working with the public sure was a challenge, because of the different perfumes and colognes people would wear. How embarrassing to be sitting there, constantly sneezing until they walk away!
Zyrtec is the ONLY allergy medication to help me! This is the best I have found to help with indoor allergies. I am so grateful they made this to be over-the-counter! ZYRTEC IS #1 in my book!
Customer Review: Only one that works without downsides. Summary: 5 Stars
When this was prescription only my doctor wrote me up for a bottle of this. He said if this didn't work then I'd have to get shots. Together with Nazonex it was the only stuff that helped me. Now that I happened to find it at Walgreens I've found that this alone keeps me dry and helps me to have a truly normal life. Better than Claritin or Claritin D which still makes me a bit drowsy. This says that it may have a drowsy side effect, but I have yet to feel that. Thank goodness it's OTC now. It even looks the same. It's practically a godsend for me.
Customer Review: Zyrtec Summary: 5 Stars
I tried all of the non-drowsy antihistamines on the market a few years ago without any success until I tried Zyrtec. I have seasonal allergies and this medicine was a godsend for me. I get relief from the sneezing and watery eyes related to allergies. My prescription co-pay was $30 for 30 pills and now I can get 45 for less than $30. The nice thing about the OTC Zyrtec is that it is full prescription strength. I you suffer from allergies and don't want to get drowsy, Zyrtec is the perfect solution.
