I have been using it for about a week.
No significant change as a mood/energy enhancing.
Wouldnt suggest this to anybody.
There is a very high overdose of Vitamin B6.
Which can cause serious problems.
One of the symptoms of V B6 is dreams. I have had vivid dreams every night since i started taking this supplement.
I couldnt say that dreams are a bad thing but thats when i questioned myself which vitamin could cause it.
Which was B6
Anyhow, B6 is toxic at the level that this supplement is providing it.
