the first box that was sent, one did not work so I had to ask for a replacement. the replacement process was easy.
the actual product I love. you can adjust your texture on the bottom. i currently do not have any complaints except for the size and the style/shape. but they get the job done, and i won't give them up, merry christmas to my friends i love.

They work fine for a while but then break. It is darn near impossible to return them to iTouchless - be sure you have your original receipt from the company you get it from and it is only waranteed for a year.
