I love my new trash can! It works so well, and I really appreciate the fact that I don't have to use my hands to open it. It is true that once in a while it opens when someone passes by too closely. We just say, "No, I'm not feeding you now." It is funny, not annoying, to us. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an attractive trash can. Customer Review: I fell in love !!

I am 81 years old and have been throwing away garbage for a long, long time. Never did I ever think I would fall in love with a garbage can, but I did! I bought the 13 gallon can last month and love it!! I even throw away stuff that I don't have to just to see it work. It could use a re-design on the retainer ring to get it to fit better, but that is a very minor problem. Threw away some cantalope skins the other day. Normally, I will bring them outside to the large garbage can, but I just wrapped them up in newspaper and put them in my latest love. No smell reeking throughout the kitchen which was a real plus. I am a Touchless fan forever.Customer Review: Fabulous !

This product is amazing. I love how it sensors when you are near and closes automatically. I am so spoiled by it I wait for the kitchen drawers to open:) automatically.
It uses any standard 13 gallon bag. I would definitely purchase another for friends and family.
Sleek design goes with black or stainless appliances: oblong/square shape fits wonderfully at end of my island. Great product for the price.

I can't believe I am saying a garbage can is amazing. My husband and I saw this garbage can and thought it would be nice to have, but we couldn't imagine spending that kind of money on a garbage can. Afterall, it is for garbage. We put it on our wedding registry and were shocked someone bought it for us, I mean come on $75 for a garbage can! We love it. Can't say enough about it. Can't imagine life without it. By far the best garbage can we have ever owned. Keeps the dog and cat out of the kitchen trash. Also keeps the "garbage smell" out too! No more smelling onions or meat in the trash before taking it out to the curb. A must have!Customer Review: Can't say how much I love this can!!

I bought this a couple of months ago because I thought it looked like such a cool gadget and I wanted something that would hold the garbage smells in...well, it is both of those things and more. It's just so handy in the kitchen when you have dirty hands full of stuff that needs to go in. And when I go to pull the bag out, I'm amazed how bad it stinks in there and I wasn't (thank goodness) smelling it in the kitchen. I recommend you buy the Hefty grabber bags...they automatically grab the edges of the can so I don't even worry about attaching it with that elastic thing except for maybe on one corner. I loved it so much I ordered two more in the 7 gallon for the bathrooms. Now there's definitely a room you want touchless and with a lid.
