THE ITOUCHLESS TOWEL-MATIC AUTOMATIC SENSOR PAPER TOWEL DISPENSOR,IS REAL NOT WORTH THE MONEY,OR THE TIME TO USE.WE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT ,THINKING THIS WOULD SOLVE OUR PROBLEM WITH THE NOTION OF HAVE THE PAPER TOWEL BEEN DISPENS,ON DEMAND .MY WIFE WOULD STAND WAVEING HER HAND,FIRST SLOWLY ,THEN SLIGHTLY FASTER NO PAPER TOWEL DISPENSING.SHE GOT SO FED-UP ,THEN SHE START TO COMPLAIN.AND OH!!!! WE USED NEW BATTERIES(THE SILVER BATTERIES WITH THE LETTER (E)ON IT.)AND IT DID NOT IMPROVE THIS PRODUCTS PERFORMANCE.I SAY TO THE MANUFACTOR,HAVE THE MOMS AND WIVES AND ALSO THE KIDS TRY,TEST AND APPROVE THIS PRODUCT BEFORE CONTINUOS SALE....THX.E.BROWN..MA.Customer Review: Fun hands-free gadget that works great

Saw this on HGTV and couldn't resist. This paper towel dispenser works exactly as advertised unrolling one or one half sheet at a time, depending on the type of towels you use and the setting (it reads the perforated lines). The only caveat is to place it in an area that is not one that you reach into for other things as it activates easily. It really is hands free and all you do is tear the towel off. Towels will not unroll, nor will they be contaminated by handling. It's easy to set up and use and anyone can do it. I love it.Customer Review: Not worth the effort

This seemed like a good idea at the time, but...it works rather slowly so you stand with dripping hands or worse waiting for a towel. Some things just dont need improvement and the paper towel holder might just be one of them.Customer Review: Dissappointed

We recieved our Touchless paper towel dispenser yesterday. Operating instructions were pretty straight forward. The unit is very tempermental. In less than one day I've had three paper jams and it dispenses whatever length it wants. I had purchased the Touchless waste basket a few months prior and was very happy with the product. I've using the 1/2 sheet paper towels since I got this. It is amazing how much money and paper I can save now. The sheets of Bounty brand "select-a-size" towel roll is half the size of a full sheet from regular towel roll. For light work, I just need 1/2 sheet. And for my kids or cleaning time, I can just wave my hand in front of the sensor two times to get two connected 1/2 sheets which equals to a full sheet. Great product for the new 1/2 sheet towels. Everyone should have one of this and save the Earth.
