I ordered an Eiko bulb originally - dead as a doornail on arrival. I returned it. I ordered the Verilux bulb and it works great.
$10 more but worth it to not be aggravated by a non-functioning bulb.

Ordered this replacement and received in great condition. There are imitations out there but they will not fit the Verilux system. Received in two day great service from Amazon.
